Who We Are

Katie Warner leads Eucalyptus Design Company. Born and raised in Minnesota, she brings a balanced approach to design. Katie has blended personal and professional life by partnering with her husband, Mike Warner, to create Eucalyptus Design Company. With the support of family, Peter and Ruth Kenefick, the couple has also launched a real estate investment company called Silver Dollar Properties.

Katie operates on the simple premise that your house becomes a home when you show it love. After reimagining her own first home, Katie saw an opportunity to help outdated and neglected spaces come alive again. As more individuals and families work from home, Katie believes making your space a place to treasure will be even more paramount. Your home is where you spend your days and make memories. It should reflect who you are and who you love.

Katie is a licensed Real Estate Agent (Bridge Realty, LLC) for the state of Minnesota and will use her license to further her career endeavors. Mike is a handy-man at heart and their pups Zeus and Lucy are always up for a new adventure!
